Attention All Landlords & Employers:
This new product is a must for nationwide post tenant criminal screening! You can monitor your tenants and/or employees on a monthly basis to reduce the risk of revenue loss, damages, and safety that can occur when a tenant and/or employee has criminal records.
When there are recent criminal records in your tenant's background, it can become a serious risk for you as the Landlord, your business, its potential revenue, legal liabilities, and turnover including financial loss. It can endanger the welfare and lives of your tenant's families, and can potentially cause financial losses due to neglect or harm of your property, home, or apartment. While pre-applicant criminal background screening is a must and helps to mitigate the risk when accepting the applicant for rental or lease, this screening practice falls short of identifying the criminal misconduct of tenants once they have been accepted for rental or lease and living in your property. All of the above is equally as true and important when it comes to your employees too.
When you order your initial Nationwide Criminal Search with your tenant screening searches, you can now add the ‘Monthly Nationwide Criminal Screening’ for an unheard of low price of only $3.00 per month per individual. In fact, when you enroll several tenants and/or employees, you will receive an even greater discount, as low as $1.00 per month per individual.
The Monthly Criminal Watch Subscription Plan is a recurring criminal records search that enables Landlords and Employers to stay abreast of an active tenant or employee's criminal record. This search is a national criminal search of 42 states in the US. Check coverage area here. You will have the same national criminal search performed in the Nationwide Criminal Search. The difference is that you will only receive a new Nationwide Criminal Report when and if new or updated criminal records are found. Otherwise, NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS!
If your applicant resides in any of the 8 states not reporting nationally, we recommend that you call us to discuss your best screening options.

Protect Your Property and Legal Rights. You may wish to consider including language in your lease, rental or employment agreements that if criminal activity is uncovered, it may be grounds for termination. As you add more Tenants/Employees
to your 'Criminal Watch Plan', you will receive greater discounts per search
as listed below: If you elect to waive the option of enrolling in the monthly criminal watch subscription during your initial criminal search, you can choose to enroll later within 30 days from your order. However you will be required to pay a one time processing fee of $4.00. If you have decided on your tenant applicant when performing your final tenant screening, you should enroll them in the Monthly Criminal Watch program when ordering the Nationwide Criminal report and avoid the one time processing fee of $4.00. When ordering after 30 days of purchase you will need to order the Nationwide Criminal Report for $24.95 (or 1 debit to a bulk plan) and enroll your tenant in the Monthly Criminal Watch Subscription plan for only $3.00 per month per individual or less as per above. For Vacant House Gold/Bulk Buyers,
the initial Nationwide Criminal Search will be debited from your bulk plan.
Bulk buyers are required to pay for the Monthly Criminal Screening via Credit
Card, or E-Check. You will be directed to the shopping cart with your initial
Monthly Criminal Watch Order to set up your recurring billing information. Tenant Screening Package - New and Improved This new search 'Judgments, Bankruptcies, and Liens may uncover important information you
will want to know about such as eviction records. This powerful addition is a result of customer feedback - so keep those suggestions coming. You will want to be aware of court filings such as possible recent bankruptcies or tax

on the other reports. Now you will receive all 6 of these powerful searches, giving you a more robust tenant-screening
package, for only $74.85 or 3 debits to your bulk plan. (A value of $149.70) Remember to run the Tenant Screening Package on all applicants you consider placing in

When updated or new criminal records are found, an updated Nationwide Criminal
Report will be emailed to you. 
When new or updated criminal record updates are reported to you, we highly
recommend that you order the 'County Criminal Search' for the county
where the crime is reported. This will help verify the criminal information found and to
receive specific and up to date details on the crime. You will want to ensure
that the records found are for the same person you have rented or leased to
prior to making any final tenant decisions.

21 - 50:
Individuals enrolled: $2.50 per month per person
51 - 100:
Individuals enrolled: $2.00 per month per person
101 - 200:
Individuals enrolled: $1.50 per month per person
201 + :
