"No Records - No Fee" Policy
Our policy is simple. When you order a skip trace, if we are unable to find any records on your subject, there is no fee. If you are a subscriber, this means there is no usage deduction.
What we can't guarantee is that, with the information we provide you, you will locate your subject. We can't because we have no control over what you do with the information. However, when we locate records on your subject, the likely hood of you finding them is VERY good. Our comprehensive reports contain a wealth of info including some or all of the following:
- The subject's current address, phone number
- Previous addresses and phone numbers
- Neighbors past and present, addresses and phone numbers. They can be a wealth of information.
- Possible associates, including address, phone, property ownership and personal detail.
- An indication that the subject is deceased when applicable
- Relatives, including address, phone, property ownership and personal detail. This can be especially useful when the subject is deceased and you are looking for their heirs.
- Historical information that can date back as far as 10 years
- AKA Names
We offer a complete tutorial that will teach you how to read and use your comprehensive report so you will know exactly how to go about locating your subject using the wealth of information your report will contain.
On Criminal Reports and on the Tax Roll Search, there is no such policy. The fee to run a Criminal Report or Tax Roll Search applies regardless of what we find.
